Staged Scenes
Actually, the absence of people is almost a trademark of my photos. But sometimes a visit to certain places and the scenery found there sets off a mental cinema, which I then like to re-enact with appropriate staging. For practical reasons I often slip into the role of the main character myself, as for example in the mini-series with the man in the protective suit, the eerie monk, or the man in a suit with a hat. It is not about self-portrayal, but simply about being able to spontaneously implement image ideas and not having to engage anyone else. For some pictures, however, friends from the photo club have supported me as actors.
